Our story

Anchor Produce Market was purchased by Mike and Judy Nichols in the summer of '95. With two young sons they embarked on a new journey, having minimal experience in the grocery industry. Throughout the years they have brought smiles and quality produce to the local area, always striving to improve the business. With Judy in the kitchen whipping up her famous cole slaw and Mike loading the best Jersey corn out on the corn cart they have built a lasting family business. Today their two (very handsome) sons, Dan and Tim, are taking over  the reins and continue on the traditions they started.
